About
Kelley Productions was founded in the early ’90s when Josh was in 5th grade working on a school video project with his dad. Since then, Josh did several other video projects for school. These experiences, along with the time spent running live sound at church throughout high school grew his interest in video production. Josh went to college at the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University to earn a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Production.
From there, Josh moved to Bend, Oregon with his family to take a job at Bend’s NBC affiliate, where he spent time as a master control operator, commercial producer, and promotions producer. He most recently directed the two-hour morning newscast at the station.
Josh is currently employed by Northwest Cable News (Belo) in Seattle as a Digital Production Operator, consults on multimedia at Midway Community Covenant Church in Des Moines, and does freelance work as Joshua Kelley Video Productions.
